Welcome to twelve... a contemporary restaurant in the historic Ballpark Neighborhood District of Denver, Colorado. An upscale yet unpretentious environment, twelve is the perfect setting for food lovers to discover the diverse flavors of modern American cuisine.

Like its up-and-coming, progressive neighborhood, twelve presents an ever-changing menu, reimagined monthly to feature the freshest organic, gourmet ingredients in their peak seasons. The range of tastes will encompass the heartiness of wild game and root vegetables in the chill of Winter; the earthliness of morels and English peas in the new light of Spring; the coolness of melons and ripe stone fruit in the heat of Summer; and the vibrancy of heirloom tomatoes with colors that echo the changing leaves of Autumn. In each of the twelve months guests come to dine, they will be treated to a perfect blend of simple yet bold flavors.

twelve also offers a full bar including an extensive, eclectic wine list. Servers will be primed to help make the perfect wine pairings by acting as international vineyard guides, hand-selecting bottles that come from both the old world and the new. The wine list will focus on the efforts of smaller, more artisanal wineries, including those from the local Colorado region.

Open spaces, clean lines and warm colors create an inviting space for guests to relax into savoring their dining experience at twelve. Classic modern furnishings that combine natural fabrics and rich dark woods make for comfortable seating and visually pleasing design sensibilities.

twelve is the latest culinary undertaking of Los Angeles native Chef Jeff Osaka. With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Jeff has honed his skills at some of the finest establishments around the country, cooking in the kitchens of such renowned chefs as Bradley Ogden (One Market, San Francisco), Joachim Splichal (Pinot Bistro, Los Angeles) and Wolfgang Puck (Chinois, Las Vegas). He has also served as a private chef for some of the most powerful players in Hollywood, and he enjoyed great success when partnering in Chloe, a well-reviewed restaurant that once graced the coast of Playa del Rey, California.
